Patrik Hedelin has extensive experience in international
Corporate Finance, in particular tax driven transactions,
directed equity issues, mergers and acquisitions and incentive
schemes.
Mr Hedelin has been employed by Lazard Brothers Ltd, Enskilda
Securities, HSBC Investment Bank Plc, FIBA Nordic Securities
and Cheuvreux de Virieu Nordic where he served as Head of
Corporate Finance. Mr Hedelin has experience from both London
and Stockholm. Mr Hedelin also co-founded boo.com in London
where he lead the new issues and investor relations. In
year 2000, Mr Hedelin founded Hedelin & Co AB which is a
Corporate Finance Boutique.
In year 2009, Mr Hedelin founded K48 Rådgivning AB together
with Dag Enerskog. Mr Hedelin holds a Master degree from
Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Law degree
from University of Stockholm.

Dag Enerskog has more than 30 years experience in national
Swedish and international taxation.
Mr Enerskog has been employed by Stockholm County Tax Administration,
Price Waterhouse Tax lawyers, Industribyrån,Skatte- och
bolagsrättsliga avdelningen AB, Vinge law firm as head of
tax departement, OMX AB and CAPM Corporate Advisors AB.
In year 2009, Mr Enerskog founded K48 Rådgivning AB together
with Patrik Hedelin. Mr Enerskog holds a Master degree in
economics from Stockholm University and a Master of Tax
and Company Law degree from University of Gothenburg.
